Our institution mainly provides financial services such as credit guarantee for SMEs in China.
Besides addressing the financing problem of SMEs, we promote SMEs development with respect to social impact and environmental conservation. As a result, we help SMEs to realize the importance of credit and responsibility to create jobs, eliminate poverty, increase tax revenue, promote economic development and social harmony.
When reviewing SMEs, we take indexes like labour health, work safety and environmental conservation into consideration. The indicators are divided into high, medium and low risk. Until now, we have never provided guarantee to SMEs in high risk level.
Through years of hard work and publicity, our concept of credit system establishment and social responsibility has received widespread recognition and is highly regarded in credit guarantee industry.
We firmly believe that with the development of our institution the labour health, work safety and environmental conservation situation across different SMEs in Liaoning Province will further improve.

1992-2008, served in Fushun branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank, Liaoning Huihuang investment and credit guarantee company.
Since 2008, Shenyang SMEs Credit Guarantee Center, head of guarantee department.
Have substantial experience in financial marketing, capital operation and risk control. Visiting scholars of Otago University in New Zealand, Bachelor degree in chemistry.
